Taliaferro Farm To Table dinners are an immersive experience that brings food from the field straight to your plate. We believe knowing where your food comes from—and the care behind it—brings people together.

The evening begins with a full spread of appetizers, followed by a four-course meal, paired with our family house wine, and ending with dessert and fresh coffee.

Live music sets the tone for an evening of great conversation, community, and connection—right here on the farm. Join us for a night to remember at Taliaferro Farms.

JULY 25th MENU

 Grazing table: 

Pickled veggies, seasonal butters, local cured meats, local cheeses

First Course:

Carrot and stone fruit salad with farm greens, fresh herbs and tahini dressing 

Second Course:

Seared shrimp with sweet summer corn, spicy local sausage oil and crispy carrot ribbons

Entree:

Local full moon farm beef with a mediterranean white bean and summer veggie ragu with fresh herbs

Dessert:

homemade sorbet, oat streusel crumble, whipped cream, and fresh mint

Time: 6:00pm - 9:00pm
