Join us for an unforgettable field-to-fork experience crafted by our longtime friend and incredible chef, Claire Winslow. This immersive class celebrates the beauty of seasonal vegetables—from the soil they grow in to the plates they shine on.
Your journey begins in the field with farmer Delaney, where you’ll learn how the featured vegetables are grown, when and how to harvest them, and what makes them special. You’ll get your hands dirty, deepen your connection to the land, and gather fresh produce to take home with you.
Next, step into the kitchen with Chef Claire as she transforms the season’s harvest into something truly special. You’ll learn approachable, inspired cooking techniques and receive some of her signature handcrafted products, so you can recreate the farm-to-table magic in your own kitchen long after the day ends.
