Taliaferro Farm To Table dinners are an immersive experience that brings food from the field straight to your plate. We believe knowing where your food comes from—and the care behind it—brings people together.

The evening begins with a full spread of appetizers, followed by a four-course meal, paired with our family house wine, and ending with dessert and fresh coffee.

Live music sets the tone for an evening of great conversation, community, and connection—right here on the farm. Join us for a night to remember at Taliaferro Farms.

Grazing table: 

Pickled veggies, muhammara dip (roasted red pepper), local cured meats, local cheeses, gardiner bakehouse sourdough

First Course:

Fall greens with pumpkin seed vinaigarette

Second Course:

Sofrito glazed fish with braised greens and potato pave

Entree:

Lamb tagine vol au vent, braised local lamb with acorn squash and dates and warm spices in puff pastry with tomatoes, lemon and zaatar - tahini yogurt sauce

Dessert:

Apple crisp with lemon creme 

Time: 6:00pm - 9:00pm
