Taliaferro Farm To Table dinners are an immersive experience that brings food from the field straight to your plate. We believe knowing where your food comes from—and the care behind it—brings people together.

The evening begins with a full spread of appetizers, followed by a four-course meal, paired with our family house wine, and ending with dessert and fresh coffee.

Live music sets the tone for an evening of great conversation, community, and connection—right here on the farm. Join us for a night to remember at Taliaferro Farms.

 Grazing table: 

Herbs and Garlic Scape Butter, Beet butter, Pickled carrots, Dilly Beans, local Cheese, local cured meats 

First Course:

Sumac and Marigold Tomato Salad with Labneh and Fresh Herbs 

Second Course:

Scallops with Beet Tahini Sauce, Edamame, Radish coins and crispy onions 

Entree:

Pan-Roaster Roasted Local Chicken, Polenta and Root Veggies- in a Garlic White Sauce. Garnished with Sesame Seed and fresh herbs

Dessert:

Strawberry Basil Ice cream with (GF) Cookie Crumble.
